Frank is on a mundane mission involving illicit videos, when in Belarus his police contact Inspector Tarconi is betrayed by his own team-mates, locked in a room and left to die in a bomb blast. Frank wants to get Tarconi across the border to where Cat and Jules are waiting to scurry him to safety.
