Dee Coleman and builder Pete Finn help the Dalton family in Lucan reclaim their cluttered semi-detached home. Dad Peter lost an arm in an industrial accident and mum Jane has problems with her knee, so the current clutter only exacerbates their daily struggles. Added to that, they all play instruments, but most of these are consigned to the attic. Can Dee and Pete clear things out and rearrange the Daltons' lives?
