Aussie chef Simon Morley visits the farm to select a pig to be used for his flame-grilled supper club in nearby Herefordshire and Kate gets to help him prepare it for a dinner for 70 paying guests. On the farm, she helps farmer Tim give the sheep their essential yearly anti-fly treatment
