Hospitality newcomers Alistair Arundel and Lana Keptanare welcome their rivals to the Quayside Hotel in Boston in Lincolnshire. Most of the guests are bowled over by the bling, but Claire feels like she's stuck in a neon nightmare. Feathers are ruffled during an afternoon of parrot-handling, with Garry and Zara feeling that Claire and Adam have shown their true colours. At dinner, the guests are impressed by Alistair and Lana's renovation story, but Alistair takes a dim view of Claire's LED criticism
