Items brought in to be valued include a ceremonial wooden spoon presented to the student who got the worst exam results in the history of Cambridge University, one of the last flasks of naval rum to be produced, a book of designs by a famous landscape gardener, a ceremonial hammer and chisel and some dolls' house furniture. One visitor discovers the brooch she bought in a charity shop is much older than she thought
