The first hosts in Swansea are Calum and Lucy from the Secret Bar and Kitchen. Once Calum eventually lets Lucy help in the kitchen, they show off a fish heavy menu, which causes problems for fish-phobic Stuart and a conversation about previous careers results in an unlikely connection between all six competitors. On day two, at The Plough, Nick and Rich show off some fine fare including a smoking dessert. Everyone's impressed by the visuals but some rare lamb proves problematic. Stuart and Marius host the final night, at The Mine. Talk turns to who would survive down the pit but their rivals are impressed by an elegant starter
