Cameras also focus on independent businesswoman Tyla. While awaiting the arrival of her third child, she starts to reconsider her romantic future. And although Spanish nurses Carlota and Javier epitomise the perfect relationship, the pair realise that labour can be challenging even for the best of partnerships
