Sara Pascoe presents the grand final, but before the winner can be crowned remaining contestants Annie, Brogan, Debra and Man Yee have the small matter of three more fashion challenges. They begin by following the pattern for an amorphous dress, made from a single piece of elastene and manipulated into shape with a connection of D-rings. They are then presented with all their scraps from the previous weeks, from which they must create a party outfit, before fitting a made-to-measure red-carpet jumpsuit to their models. Who will impress judges Esme Young and Patrick Grant the most?
