With Bibi in need of repairs, Batgirl takes Bam out for a spin to stop Mr. Freeze's latest icy crime spree. / Bam must lead a new super vehicle team consisting of Nightbike, Goldie, Grundy, and Kitty after the Legion of Zoom traps the rest of the Batwheels in the Batcave.
