But when the weasels ruin it and then occupy his home, is the new stinky cologne the answer to regaining Toad Hall? / It’s Halloween and Toad boasts of having a ghost in Toad Hall. His friends go to see if it’s true but it turns out to be an elaborate hoax. Or is it?
