Visit three is to The Mill at Glynhir in Llandybie, Carmarthenshire. Mat and Helen are hoping their renovated mill will fit the bill. At first, their guests struggle to find fault - until Pat discovers that standards in the bathroom may have slipped. Things get prickly during a visit to a botanical garden in the afternoon but it's at feedback time that the hosts have the biggest thorn in their sides
