Neurosurgeon Amr Mohamed is pushed to his limit by an unexpected issue during an operation to remove a tumour from 41-year-old Alyn's brain. Cardiac surgeon Indu Deglurkar is called upon to determine if 68-year-old electrician Stephen can have life-saving surgery, but it's a difficult call as his heart is badly damaged. The operation would be high risk, with no guarantee of success
