The chef explores the south of Malta, beginning in Marsaxlokk where he visits the weekly fish market before heading to a nearby vineyard to hear all about the vines. After a game of Bocchi with the locals, a baker teaches Ainsley the history of the traditional Maltese bake and he takes a trip to a potato farm to find out what makes them such a popular export
