Barbara and Stephen have had 20 happy years in their Victorian riverside cottage in Surrey, but with retirement looming, they are undecided what to do next. Stephen loves their home, while Barbara dreams of starting afresh in a new home - where she would need a separate room for her drum kit. Phil Spencer comes up with a few options should they decide to up sticks, while Kirstie Allsopp is full of ideas allowing Barbara to get out her sticks. Will they decide to stay or sell?
