School teacher Polly, 40, hosts the fourth night of the competition in Gloucestershire, and hopes to impress her guests with a fine-dining experience. She begins with a seafood starter before serving up a meaty main course, and isn't unnerved by the fact she hasn't had any practise cooking either dish. However, her guests show off round the table and threaten to take the attention away from the night, but Ian is highly impressed with Polly's choice of entertainment
