Dr Farida Ahmad is confronted by a man suffering with tonsillitis who has been vomiting. Urgent care clinician Lizzie treats 12-year-old Naomi, who has a mysterious pea-sized nodule on her cheek. Lizzie is stumped, so calls in Dr Jane Edge for another opinion. Dr Andy Cordell's patient Ray has a strange scaly growth on his upper arm. It gives the GP cause for concern, so he refers Ray to the cancer clinic for an urgent appointment
