Sian Williams and Stefan Gates present an investigative consumer show lifting the lid on secrets the major food retailers would rather keep to themselves. The duo begin with a look at so-called healthy eating choices, investigating the amount of sugar in convenience breakfast products and whether fruit is as freshly picked as shoppers believe. Stefan also discovers the superbugs lurking in salad bags and the duo reveal that added-protein products seem to be less about building healthy bodies and more about building healthy profits
