When Fathyma Vann, Carol Spadoni and Eva Peterson were found murdered across California in the spring of 1991, investigators realised they were dealing with a serial killer. After a recently released convicted killer, Phillip Jablonski, was linked to all three women, police seemingly had their prime suspect. Digging into Jablonski's background, they learned the truth about his bloodlust and feared he might strike again. With no way of locating him, they embarked on a US-wide search.
