Emma and Paul take on a massive garden project as they clear a lake bed with the aim of connecting it to their current lake, while they also bring their vine house back to life by creating an al fresco dining area. Mariam and Johnno turn on the style as they launch their chateau as an events venue by inviting locals over for a 1930s-themed party. And Karen and Paul's hopes for the stable and coach house to become a wedding venue are put in jeopardy as the costs of the roof renovations spiral out of control
