Vernon Kay invites cast members from two soap families to play the classic game show in a bid to win up to £30,000 for a charity of their choice. Coronation Street's Bruce Jones (Les Battersby-Brown) teams up with screen wife Wendi Peters (Cilla), Andrew Whyment (lodger Kirk Sutherland), Samia Smith (Kirk's sister Maria) and Jayne Tunnicliffe (family friend Yana Lumb) to play for the Leukaemia Research Fund and the Leeds Upper GI Fund. Meanwhile, Emmerdale star Tony Audenshaw (Bob Hope) brings along his on-screen spouse Deena Payne (Viv), Verity Rushworth (stepdaughter Donna Windsor-Dingle), Alex Carter (son Jamie) and Adele Silva (Kelly Windsor), aiming to win big for the Variety Club of Great Britain and the Five Stars Scanner Appeal
