Ben Hillman scours the property market in eastern Mallorca for choir-mistress Tina from Maidenhead, Berkshire. Tina is originally from Germany; she has lived in the UK for 30 years but now dreams of retiring to sunnier climes. She has a budget of £150,000 and is looking for a new forever home close to the sea, where her two grown-up children can also come to visit. Her son, musician Jamie, is accompanying her on the search
