To celebrate his 60th birthday Gareth 'Gaz Top' Jones makes plans to swim 60km from south to north Wales across lakes, rivers and reservoirs over a three-week period. During the first week, former competitive swimmer Seren Jones accompanies him as support as he travels across south Wales. Hiowever, illness threatens to end Gareth's bid even before it's begun
