He was an ambitious politician who wanted it all - power, money and prestige - and it looked like he was getting it. However, while on a trip to Miami in 1974, he mysteriously vanished after a swim in the Florida seas, unleashing in his wake an explosive political scandal complete with spies, greed and betrayal
