Four cooks from north-west Wales battle to win the £1,000 prize in the culinary contest. Sheep farmer Gareth Jones, nature reserve worker Roxanne McFadden, car rental manager Dale Gough and trainee school teacher Catryn Roberts take it in turns to impress one another in a series of dinner parties, with one contestant opting for an interesting international menu and another deciding to add bull semen to his dessert
