Author Sinead Moriarty unwinds on three trails across County Offaly - starting with a loop around Glinsk Forest, near the village of Kinnity in the Slieve Bloom Mountains. She then travels to Croghan Hill, hiking up an ancient trail, which has links to St Brigid and St Patrick. Plus, Sinead rides on an electric bike from Ballycommon to Rahan, along the Royal Canal Greenway
