Phil Spencer catches up with two sets of househunters whose searches were all about family. Retired couple Tom and Sue are living in their motorhome having sold their beloved cottage in Tom's native Yorkshire. The plan is to move 150 miles south to be near Sue's grandson - and they long for an open-plan home with a huge garden. Meanwhile, doting father Charlie, who is recently divorced, and his two children would like a new family home in Kent to start a new chapter in their lives
