The Harpers gather to celebrate Christmas once more - although unlike previous festive specials, this one reveals how the family will be faring 30 years from now. Ben is in his eighties and still as grumpy as ever, thanks to 'a little moisturiser' Susan has not aged a bit, Janey is tipping the scales at a whopping 20 stone and Michael is trying to hide his baldness with an unconvincing wig. While Susan is put out that grandson Kenzo, now 38, has not come to visit for Christmas, Ben is quick to point out that they have had some of the worst festive holidays ever, and this one looks no different with a 'greed gift exchange', a rival cousin and a nativity play battle.
