Liam Charles and Tom Allen host the final of the baking contest, featuring the best three teams to appear on the series in the past nine weeks. The first round sees the duos challenged to make edible chocolate hats that can be worn by models in a catwalk show. These must be accompanied by a set of 48 filled chocolates. The final challenge of the series involves creating a historical banquet in just seven hours, to be served to family and friends in the Great Hall at Firle Place. After this, Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden will make their choice and the winners will be crowned
