It's tomatoes versus potatoes as the teams are tasked with turning crops into cash. They have to create a dish for the public, deliver a bespoke corporate order and sell to trade. In the kitchen, one side's over-promising leaves them in a pickle, while on the other some dicey decisions cause profits to plummet. Karren Brady and Tim Campbell monitor progress out in the field, while back in the boardroom one candidate comes a cropper and is sent home
