The father-and-son duo head to the Peak District, Britain's first ever National Park. They start with the most popular and flattest cycle route, the Monsal Trail, but en route Larry encourages George to test his fear of heights by abseiling off one of the route's old Victorian viaducts. Later the pair challenge each other to a race - George on his two wheels versus Larry in an original 1920s Model-A Ford.
