Matt Baker and Charlotte Smith visit a farm in Cambridgeshire where pioneering farmer David Mwanaka is growing 485 acres of crops from his native Zimbabwe, including white maize. They also visit a community farm growing rare crops including oca and quinoa, while Adam Henson is in Cornwall helping out with a tea harvest
