The chef heads to Scotland, starting his journey on the Isle of Mull, where he searches for mussels, before visiting the UK's largest mussel farm in Inverlussa. He then moves on to Arbroath, home to some of the biggest soft fruit farms in the country, and eventually puts himself to the test against seasonal workers who can pick strawberries staggeringly quickly
