With concerns over when dad might retire, Nick sets out a timeline for his succession. On Papa Westray, new farmers Paul and Mel are in the midst of their first big lambing season. However, Paul has to turn to the wider community for help with a ewe in distress. Meanwhile at Hillhead farm near Glasgow, Ben and Matt race to get the wedding and events site ready on time
