Cameras follow patients at south-west London's St George's hospital on Harry and Meghan's wedding day in May 2018. As the happy couple tie the knot, patients and their relatives reflect on the meaning of lifelong love, devotion and commitment. Among those treated are David, 74, who is flown to St George's by air ambulance after falling from a ladder. Medics suspect internal bleeding and he is rushed to CT to assess the damage. His wife Lynda makes her way to the hospital as doctors try to prevent catastrophic blood loss
