Hugh Wallace, Amanda Bone and Siobhan Lam visit Amy and Eoin's 1970's house in Limerick, which they've renovated to bring it from a D3 BER rating to an A3. The judges also travel to Dublin to see Rachel and Tristan's property, which was built in the late 1930's/early 1940's. The couple purchased their home in 2023, with big plans to maximize the space within the house
