Chef Monica Galetti ventures through the landscapes of the North York Moors, along the way she meets local residents and samples local produce. Monica begins in the historic village of Rosedale Abey, before following the course of a stream up Rosedale and climbing towards the heather. Crossing over to Farndale, she walks the quiet lanes and ends with a drink in the hamlet of Church Houses
