The third quarter-final sees this week's most talented professionals return to the kitchen ready to battle for a place in knockout week. The invention test sees the chefs create a standout dish featuring the key ingredient offal. In the critics round, guests Jimi Famurewa, Grace Dent and Tom Parker Bowles return to sample some exquisite plates of food. Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti consider the critics' reviews in determining which of the contenders will progress to the next stage of the contest
