Sarah and James have got a pet guinea pig and name him Norris Station Officer Steele's real name but then the guinea pig's taste for cables soon leads to a fire. / Sarah and James plan to host a spooky party in the Wholefish Café for their friends. But Sarah takes over all of the organising and leaves James with just one job... / Mandy wants to film a rescue but the Fire Brigade don't have anyone to rescue. Sarah James and Norman fake an emergency but Charlie thinks Sarah's cries for help are real. / Norman Price goes fishing with Charlie Sarah and James. They discover a baby whale heading for the beach and try to stop it but land themselves into trouble. / Station Officer Steele gets dancing lessons from the firefighters so that he could go to the Firefighters' Gala.
