Documentary following people with disabilities as they search for romance. Student James has Asperger's and believes his problem is that he talks too much, but that doesn't stop him hoping his date with 24-year-old Chloe will lead to romance. Tammy was left facially disfigured after contracting meningococcal septicaemia 18 months ago and is determined to get on with life, but suffers nerves as she prepares for a date, while Tom has always tried to hide his Tourette's and Asperger's from the opposite sex. Will he dare reveal his conditions on a date with Megan?
