The summer season is under way, and at the island's popular floating restaurant, the Best Dressed Crab in Bembridge, they're awash with customers eager to taste their freshly caught crab and lobster. Riding the waves to reel them in is local fisherman Bob Simmonds, who needs a bumper haul to satisfy hungry customers
