Saleswoman Michelle Evans tries to bring a taste of Miami's South Beach to England's south coast, and golf professional Ben Stimson believes a simple but well-prepared menu will secure him the cash prize. Finally, food aficionado Gary Thomasson is convinced the very best has been saved for last as he puts together a sophisticated selection of dishes with which to wow his fellow diners
