The second batch of this week's professionals set out to prove themselves. The first two chefs take on a daunting skills test in which they will need to balance strong flavours, while the next pair need to be show their flair at pastry work. They then have 90 minutes to deliver their signature menu - a main course and dessert that illustrate what makes them tick and proves them to be a real contender for the title
