The Mystery of the Missing Pears/Ratty Hall

Many of the riverbank folk have their eyes on Toad’s ripe pears. Ratty offers to guard the pear tree all night but in the morning, all the pears are gone! / When Ratty’s brother comes to visit, Ratty has to pretend that he lives in Toad Hall as he had claimed in his letters.
