Englishman Andrew and his Sweden-born wife Sophia kick off the competition in Glasgow, with a Swedish-inspired menu. On the second night, Brian and Victoria host with a 'vaguely' Scottish theme, but things don't exactly go as planned when Andrew reveals he doesn't like spice or lentils, both of which are on the menu. Finally, it's David and Sarah's turn to impress with a menu that represents their heritage, with dishes from Russia, Armenia and a Scottish/American dessert
