In Hermosa Beach, California, Gordon Ramsay visits Patrick Molloy's, a family-owned Irish pub. Gordon and his team have just 24 hours to completely strip out and refurbish the dining room, giving it a new, open floor plan, modern lighting and cohesive decor. They create a simplified and delicious menu, working around the clock to give Patrick's staff the face-to-face training and extra confidence they need.
