Martin Beanz Warde travels to the USA, with his co-host and fellow comedian Bernard O'Shea in the hopes of finding a simpler way of living. In rural Maine, they meet Hybrid Amish man Kenneth, who lives his life following aspects of the Amish lifestyle, while embracing green technology. In Ireland, Martin visits Bee 8 - a Dublin inner city beekeeping project and a busy airport hotel kitchen
