It's November, and CalMac's Oban staff are under pressure with additional sailings due to the temporary closure of the port of Uig in Skye, while in Greenock, logistics manager Ronnie McKay provides an inside look at the spares warehouse. On Lismore, farmer Donald McColl and his family prepare to ferry their 12 pregnant heifers to Oban for market, while CalMac executive chef Dave Gannon and head of retail James Bailey check in with local Hebridean producers who supply food and drink for the ferries
