It is Station Officer Steele's day off from the Fire Service. Elvis persuades Sam to let him be in charge at the fire station. / Charlie takes the schoolchildren on a fishing trip and catches the biggest shoal of fish ever. / When a penguin escapes from Newtown Zoo Elvis really hopes he will see it. But it’s Norman and Mandy who meet the penguin first waddling across the beach! / Norman accidentally sets off Dilys' new fire alarm so she confiscates his football. To get it back he sets the alarm off again and again when a fox enters the shop. / James and Sarah will not stop competing. When a fire starts in the forest they are too busy trying to out do each other to realize they are in danger.
