The Cloak and Dagger kicks off a week's competition from Bristol, with head chef Sebastian and general manager Alex showcasing their sustainable fine food. When Sebastian shares his experience of working in Michelin-star restaurants, Rich and Kim from cosy countryside pub the Boars Head are impressed and not sure that they'll ever be able to live up to his high standards. Competitive cousins Shamil and Rodrigo, who run The Coconut Tree, still think they're in with a chance, though, and the night comes to a hilarious end with Rich flaunting his fabulous fashion sense
