Nick Knowles and the team venture to Northumberland to finish a build they started just before the pandemic, helping a couple whose 18-year-old daughter has complex medical and mental health issues. Nick and designer Gabrielle Blackman put out the call to local trades and volunteers, who turn up en masse and completely redesign the house, add an extension and create a home that works for everyone
